Christian Missionary Fellowship International(CMFI) is a spiritual movement. A spiritual movement is a movement that God brings into existence by the Holy Spirit with a specific purpose: A purpose which is maintained as long as the Holy Spirit rules it and coordinates it in total liberty.
Data Consent
Christian Missionary Fellowship International(CMFI) With a view to organizing its events, CMFI processes your personal data in order to ensure your registration for the event. This processing is based on your consent. Depending on how CMFIoperates, the activities of certain events may be filmed and/or photographed. Your image could therefore be saved. As part of the promotion of CMFI activities, recordings of events (photos and videos) are sometimes published on social networks. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of CMFI. You can, however, object to this processing. To find out more about the processing of your data and exercise your rights, you can contact CMFI DPO (Data Protection Officer) at cmfi.toronto@gmail.com If after contacting the DPO you believe that your rights are being violated, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
Preamble
Christian Missionary Fellowship International(CMFI) is a non-profit association, registered in Ontario.Its aim is in particular to support young people in a process of spiritual progress and social promotion through spiritual enrichment, academic excellence, talent development and cultural openness.

Article 1: General

1.1 Definitions
The terms defined below and the first letter of which appears in capital letters in these General Conditions of Use have the meaning assigned to them in this article.Site: the main CMFI website as well as any other specific site/mobile application linked to an event and/or activity organized by CMFI.User: any natural or legal person having access to the Site and its services.
1.2 Purpose and scope

These General Conditions of Use govern the relations between CMFI and the User.Their purpose is the legal framework of the Site and its services and are of indefinite duration.These General Conditions must be accepted by any User, and their access to the Site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Article 2: Access to services
The User of the Site has free access to the following services: - the showcase of CMFI activities - the showcase of CMCI activities - digital books - testimonies - various books of the Bible - publications relating to the objective of CMFI -etc.The Site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by CMFI, particularly during maintenance, without obligation to give notice or provide justification.
Article 3: User Responsibility
In the event of connection or registration for an event/activity offered by CMFI, the User is responsible for the risks linked to the use of his connection identifier and password. The User's password must remain secret. In the event of password disclosure, CMFIdeclines all liability. The User assumes full responsibility for his or her use of the information and content on the Site. Article 4: Responsibility of CMFI CMFI cannot be held responsible for any server or network malfunction. CMFI undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data.
Article 5: Protection of personal data
As part of the organization of events and/or activities relating to its objective, CMFI may collect personal data such as name, first name, city/town of residence, email address and telephone number. CMFI may also be required to photograph or film participants in its events and/or activities. The User, by accepting, via his registration on the Site, or via his presence, to participate in the events and/or activities organized by CMFI, authorizes the latter, in accordance with the law, to take a photo/video of him, to reproduce or to disseminate its images/recordings in particular for the production by CMFI of communications media and for a strictly non-profit purpose. CMFI acts as the data controller of the data collected and undertakes to ensure that the processing carried out on the User's personal data complies with the Regulations on the protection of personal data. As such, CMFI undertakes to only process the User's personal data for the purposes of organized activities or events, in particular for newsletters, statistics and the production of communications support. CMFI undertakes to retain the User's personal data only for the period strictly necessary for the execution of the General Conditions of Use and to then archive them in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations. CMFI also undertakes to take all useful measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data. The User benefits from a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, as well as a right to portability of his personal data. Article 6: Hypertext links
The domains to which the hypertext links which may be present on the Site lead do not engage the responsibility of CMFI, which has no control over these links. It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the Site without express authorization from CMFI.
Article 7: Evolution of the general conditions of use
CMFI reserves the right to modify the clauses of these General Conditions of Use at any time and without justification. Access to the Site after notification of the modification of the General Conditions of Use constitutes acceptance by the User of the modified General Conditions of Use.
Article 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The application, interpretation and execution of these General Conditions of Use are subject to Canadian legislation. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and CMFI, the local courts have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
